Usage & Billing

Billing shows how much of your plan you've used this month and lets you change plan without leaving AskVio.

Usage

  • Questions this month: questions from visitors and from AI agents, counted per calendar month (UTC).
  • Resources: crawlers, documents, instructions and functions against your plan's limits. Higher plans show "Unlimited" where it applies.
  • Banner: at 80% of your monthly questions, at the limit, and when the widget is hidden, a banner appears on every dashboard page, and the site owner receives an email. See Plan limits and quotas for what happens at each step.

Changing plan

  • Plan cards show the differences between plans; your current plan is highlighted.
  • Upgrades take effect right away, including a hidden widget, which reappears as soon as the new limit applies.
  • Enterprise links to sales for custom terms.
