Usage & Billing

The Usage & Billing page helps you monitor consumption, understand plan limits, and manage upgrades/downgrades without leaving AskVio.

Usage tracking

The usage panel combines real activity data and quota counters:

• Monthly queries chart: query volume by selected month.
• Live counters: total queries plus usage for crawlers, documents, instructions, and functions.
• Unlimited handling: where applicable (for higher plans), limits are displayed as unlimited.

Plan cards and upgrade paths

Plan cards show feature differences across Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. The current plan is highlighted automatically, and action buttons update based on your active subscription state.

• Upgrade/downgrade: choose a different plan directly in the page.
• Renewal/cycle visibility: current-period timing is reflected in plan actions and state.
• Enterprise route: enterprise card links to contact sales for custom terms.

Billing management

Checkout and customer portal flows are supported to handle plan changes and payment management. If you need invoice or account-level assistance, contact support@askvio.app.
