Style your widget

Customization controls let you style the widget without code. Typical setup flow:

1. Choose theme and brand colors.
2. Set chat bubble colors, suggestions style, link/product card appearance.
3. Tune radius, width, alignment, border/shadow, and placeholder icon/text.
4. Preview in test, then publish to production.
