The Widget

The AskVio widget includes three core areas: conversation stream, suggestion pills, and the input row with send/clear/collapse actions.

• Conversation stream: customer and AI bubbles, source links, optional product cards.
• Suggestion pills: curated or AI-generated prompts to start faster.
• Input row: textarea, send icon, and quick controls.

Widget Preview Panel

The preview panel in the dashboard helps you test before publishing. You can load a real website URL in an embedded frame; if frame embedding is blocked, AskVio shows a fallback screenshot image. Use the selector at the bottom to preview different agents, and drag to resize the panel for desktop/mobile checks.
